Overview
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm; 1st Saturday of each month, 9am–1pm. Work location: Taman Bukit Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (Google Plus Code: 3PGW+VGW)
Responsibilities – English
- Handle daily office administration (filing, issuing receipts, accounts records)
- Assist with financial recording and reporting
- Manage correspondence and documentation for JMB
- Support general office operations and adhoc duties
Responsibilities – Bahasa Malaysia
- Urus pentadbiran harian pejabat (fail, resit, rekod akaun)
- Membantu dalam rekod kewangan dan laporan
- Mengurus surat-menyurat dan dokumentasi untuk JMB
- Menyokong operasi pejabat dan tugas adhoc
Qualifications – English
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- PC-proficient
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
- Malaysians or Permanent Residents only

- Fasih dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Inggeris (bertulis dan bertutur)
- Mahir komputer

- Warganegara Malaysia atau Pemastautin Tetap sahaja
