Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network infrastructure and services around the clock.
• Troubleshoot, elevate, and resolve network incidents efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years NOC or network operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• CCNA preferred; Python/scripting a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
