Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love exploring retail experiences? PRISM+ is looking for Mystery Shoppers to help us elevate our customer experience. You’ll visit our retail outlets, interact with staff as a regular customer, and provide honest, constructive feedback that directly improves our service and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-store visits to engage with retail associates and observe customer interactions.
  • Complete structured audits covering Customer Experience, Product Knowledge & Processes, Personal Appearance, and Store Management.
  • Capture relevant photos/videos and submit reports immediately after each visit.
  • Highlight areas for improvement to help our retail team excel.
  • Receive training and guidance to perform audits effectively.
Qualifications
  • Malaysian citizen, 18 years and above.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
  • Excellent observation, communication, and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely.
  • Independent and able to travel to assigned retail outlets.
  • No conflict of interest with PRISM+ or its retail partners.
  • Experience with electronic products is a plus.
Job Details
  • Duration: 30–60 minutes per outlet visit.
  • Schedule: Weekly, flexible, assignment-based (no fixed date/time).
  • Workload: 1–2 outlets per day.
  • Payment: RM20 - RM50 (depending on your experience) per outlet visit.
