We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Porting Coordinators to join our international team. This role is critical in managing number porting activities across major UK telecom providers. The successful candidates will work closely with our UK-based Porting Team Manager to ensure seamless and timely porting of customer numbers, maintaining compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end porting processes for UK customers across multiple carriers.
• Validate porting requests for accuracy and compliance with provider requirements.
• Communicate effectively with UK-based teams, carriers, and customers to resolve porting issues.
• Provide timely updates on porting status and upscale delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all porting activities in internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry guidelines for number portability.
• Investigate and resolve porting failures or rejections promptly.
• Work collaboratively with carriers to troubleshoot technical or administrative issues.
• Generate regular reports on porting performance and SLAs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in telecoms, preferably in number porting or provisioning.
