Key Responsibilities
  • Role-Based Security Design
    Own and drive the conceptual design, configuration, and implementation of security roles and access models across modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
  • Governance & Compliance
    Ensure alignment of security models with business processes and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements. Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to support SoD analysis, remediation, and policy design.
  • Business & IT Collaboration
    Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to analyze needs, identify risks, and design sustainable security concepts that balance usability and compliance.
  • Architecture & Process Mapping
    Translate business and audit requirements into structured security architecture, roles, duties, and privileges. Provide cross-functional coverage and prevent conflicting access across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other streams.
  • Project Lifecycle Support
    Actively contribute security expertise during all project phases (Fit-Gap, Design, Testing, Cutover), ensuring secure and compliant role design throughout.
  • Knowledge & Enablement
    Prepare documentation, user guides, access matrices, and training materials to support role management and governance. Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge libraries.
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as business analyst/consultant
  • Solid experience in ERP security role management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, but other ERP systems sufficient as well).
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and audit/compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into security roles, duties, and privileges.
  • Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across business, IT, and compliance teams.
  • Hybrid work flexibility (a day per week minimum onsite).
