We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. If you enjoy working with machines, solving technical issues, and improving efficiency, we’d love to have you on board. You’ll work closely with the production and maintenance teams to keep our plant running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, schedules, and resource planning (manpower, tools, and parts) to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) records, checklists, and reporting systems to support reliability and compliance.
• Lead and monitor maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely execution according to scope, budget, and safety standards.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities, guide technicians, and ensure the team is equipped with necessary technical skills and follows best maintenance practices.
• Oversee and respond to daily machine breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions; take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:
