Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and act as a primary contact for the sales team, addressing marketing requests and providing necessary support for their initiatives.
  • Suggest tailored marketing materials that align with the sales team’s objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Create and oversee the production of diverse marketing materials, including email and social media content, and manage the creation and design of ads, copy, and other marketing content.
  • Present marketing materials to clients, working closely with them to refine strategies and meet their needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and apply market research data to current projects, identifying potential markets for testing and providing regular project status updates with performance metrics.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, and negotiate advertising contracts.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and attend marketing conferences or seminars as needed to stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Possess a tertiary qualification or a combination of relevant work experience suitable for meeting job expectations.
  • More than (2) years of experience in distribution or brand management, ideally within the luxury consumer goods, FMCG, or beauty industries, with a focus on product management and/or product marketing.
  • Experienced in analyzing and reporting on marketing activities, especially in assessing campaign ROI and lead nurturing effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Maintain positive and professional attitude to adapt well in a fast‑paced, growing business environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel including familiarity with CSV files.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English.
