Marketing Associate (Videography & Content Creation)

As a Marketing Associate (Videography & Content Creation) at ACE LUBRICANTS & CHEMICALS SDN. BHD', you will be responsible for creating and producing engaging video content to support the company's digital marketing and social media strategies. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Key responsibilities

• Videography & Content Creation
  • Produce weekly video content for Morrison, Shopee, and Lazada platforms.
  • Create OEM corporate and product showcase videos.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Photography
  • Conduct in-house photography and videography for corporate and marketing use.
  • Perform product photography and shooting for online and offline materials.
• Marketing Activities
  • Assist in developing and executing the annual marketing plan.
  • Manage sponsorship activities and collaborations.
  • Handle influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Coordinate merchandise creation, sourcing, and selection.
• Exhibition & Events
  • Prepare marketing materials including printing, 3D visualisation, and display arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure exhibition readiness.
  • Manage and support all exhibition-related activities.
• E-Commerce Management
  • Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and company website.
  • Handle and respond to e-commerce enquiries with a good response rate while achieving the set targets and objectives for e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor product listings, content updates, and promotions.
  • Manage CRM activities and customer engagement.
• Website Management
  • Handle overall website management, including content updates and coordination with relevant parties.
• Alibaba Platform
  • Manage and maintain the Alibaba platform, including product listings and enquiries.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in video production, content creation or a similar marketing role
• Strong skills in videography, video editing and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software
• Ability to conceptualise and execute creative video ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message
• Understanding of video SEO, social media marketing and content performance analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and video content
