We’re Hiring: Manager, Sales Admin & Credit Control

Your Key Impact Areas
- Manage the full documentation lifecycle including SPA, loan docs, billings, and handover files
- Ensure all physical and digital records are accurate, complete, and traceable
- Maintain IFCA (or equivalent system) with real-time, reliable sales and financial data
- Work closely with lawyers, financiers, and purchasers to keep transactions moving
Billing, Collections & Credit Control
- Oversee timely progress billings and invoicing
- Track collections and actively follow up to keep cashflow healthy
- Monitor aging, overdue accounts, and first-release targets
- Review late interest appeals and prepare clear case summaries for management
- Issue clearance letters upon full settlement
Process & System Improvement
- Develop and enhance SOPs to improve speed, accuracy, and compliance
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies — and improve them
- Ensure all workflows meet audit and governance standards
Reporting & Forecasting
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales, collections, and outstanding risks
- Forecast progress billings aligned to project milestones
- Keep system data clean, consistent, and management-ready
- Lead and mentor the Sales Admin & Credit Control team
- Set KPIs, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality daily execution
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
- Act as the main bridge between purchasers, lawyers, financiers, and internal teams
- Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure timely issuance of VP letters, billings, and related documents
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Property Management, or similar
- At least 8 years’ experience in a property developer environment, with minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism when working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong knowledge of IFCA or similar property sales systems, MS Office, and digital filing
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
- A hands-on, detail-driven leader who values accuracy and accountability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting key handover periods (including weekends or public holidays when needed)
