Job responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Product Strategy
- To participate in the discussion with management and related department (corporateplanning, global headquarter) on yearly budgeting and alignment on the productstrategies.
- Sales and Inventory Forecasting
- To plan, implement and oversee the product strategies to achieve sales and customersatisfaction in the growing marketing on daily HBK basis, ensuring the alignment withcompany objectives.
- To analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustment on weekly/monthly/seasonal basis.
- To forecast the sales trend by daily, weekly, monthly and replenish the stocks to avoid outof stock happened.
- To maximize sales by managing stock at a correct level and uphold effective SKU control.
- To prepare sales performance reports.
- In-season Management
- To monitor and revised sales and inventory plan real-time to capitalize the salesopportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- To cooperate with internal stakeholder (Marketing, IMD, Inventory Control, EC) and globalteam on the product strategy, forecasts, and promotional strategies.
- To mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Merchandising, Business, or any related field.
- A minimum 5-6 years in merchandising planning, with a preference for experience in fashion retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen understanding of retail mathematics, including metrics such as sales trends and margins.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
Remuneration:
MYR 15,000 - MYR 17,000
