In this position you will play a vital role in leading the design, implementation, management, and assessment of global L&D programs to improve the capability and performance of Ansell’s employees. This role involves collaborating with functional and regional teams, global stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent peers), and senior leaders within HR and the business to establish comprehensive L&D content solutions that align with organizational objectives and a learning culture and employee growth.
