Application Services Management

• Lead ERP implementation/enhancement projects, translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and oversee system integration.

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage testing cycles, and drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Partner with academic/business units, lead change initiatives, and provide clear communication to leadership.

User Enablement & Training

• Oversee training materials, onboarding programs, and continuous improvement through user feedback.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and audit requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and develop application services teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Risk & Resource Management

• Identify risks, manage resources, and ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
