Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain facility infrastructure.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory.
  • Support installation and upgrading of machinery.
  • Maintain proper maintenance logs.

Skills

Mechanical and electrical repair

Requirements
  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (F&B industry is a plus).
  • Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair.
  • Familiar with old machinery and able to troubleshoot without advanced automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, welding, and general maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and respond to urgent breakdowns.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines (e.g., mixers, filling & sealing machines).
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment and utilities.
  • Inspect and maintain facility infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and minor building repairs.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and liaise with purchasing for restocking when needed.
  • Support installation, relocation, and upgrading of machinery when required.
  • Maintain proper maintenance logs, records, and reporting to the supervisor/manager.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, food hygiene, and regulatory standards.
