Job Summary

The Machinist is responsible for executing the machining operation as per routing, machining the part as per engineering drawing, and performing dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Execute the machining operation as per routing
• Machine the part as per engineering drawing
• Operate CNC machine
• Monitor machining parameters and provide feedback to programmer if necessary
• Perform dimensional inspection
• Perform fixture, tool and part setup
• Maintain good housekeeping at workplace
• Report all daily activities via MII Systems
• Wear required PPE while doing the work
• Provide assistance to superior whenever required
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in operating CNC milling/turning machine
• Able to perform set‑up operation on CNC machine
• Able to interpret CNC program
