Job summary

A leading chocolate manufacturer in Malaysia seeks a Sales Order Coordinator to manage and monitor order fulfillment and delivery routes effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years experience, proficiency in SQL and Microsoft tools, and strong communication skills. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of resolving issues efficiently while working closely with different departments. Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in the Food Industry is an added advantage.

  • Prepare Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, and Credit Notes.
  • Plan and monitor delivery routes on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse for order fulfillment.

Job description

Preparation Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and Credit Notes.

Responsible to plan & monitor delivery route on daily basis (local/offstation).

Work closely with sales, production and warehouse for order fulfilment for VIP customer and outlet order.

To coordinate with production and warehouse to ensure order fulfilled for all Sales Order.

To arrange delivery for end user, monitoring and follow up on goods delivery status with driver and outsourced truck.

To check with transporter invoices and monitoring payment status with Accounts Department.

Liaise with Accounts Department on customer credibility before delivery.

Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements.

Active and continually take the initiative in resolving day-to-day issues.

Pleasant personality with excellent people skills.

Pro-active with the ability to anticipate problems and solve them.

Time conscious, keen on details and accurate in the provision of information.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements :

Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.

Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

Proficient in using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.

Good in coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Detail oriented, well organized and pleasant personalities with ability to work in a team.

Experience in Food Industry is an added advantage.

A matured team player, resourceful and self-motivated with high integrity.
