Responsibilities

• Perform transporters’ invoices reconciliation and enter data accurately.
• Update transport rates and communicate with transporters.
• Prepare monthly salary reports for company drivers.
• Document fuel consumption and total mileage for vehicles.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to schedule.
• Compile logistics & warehouse documents accurately.
• Plan transport based on sales order information optimally.
• Coordinate pallet collection and maintain updated records.
• Conduct analysis for logistics and warehouse improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Responsible for all transporters’ invoices reconciliation, enter accurately in to the JDE system for reporting, liaise with relevant parties for payment processing and ensure submission of all the POD DO and related documents to Finance in a timely manner.
• Update latest transport rate base on Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) received, prepare communication memo to transporters accordingly and filling of quotations for future reference.
• Prepare monthly salary report for company drivers base on the total trips and rates and submit to Human Resource (HR) in a timely manner.
• Document monthly fuel consumption and total mileage report for company vehicles in an accurate and timely manner.
• Work closely with team member to ensure all goods deliver according to planned schedule
• Prepare and compile the logistic & warehouse documents in an accurate and timely manner, ensure effective filling system in place for fast retrieval
• To obtain sales order information from JDE and plan transport accordingly based on customer request date with optimize the trucks load capacity, route and cost.
• Work closely with team member to ensure smooth of pallet collection from customers timely, complete records are updated to ensure accurate transactions captured
• Coordinate and execute the improvement strategy for logistic and warehouse, conduct necessary analysis for process improvement
• To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in Logistic
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lumut, Perak.
