Job summary

A dynamic media company in Kajang is looking for a live streaming host. The role involves planning and creating content, interacting with viewers to build engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Candidates should have at least a year of experience and a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or mass communication. Strong communication skills and fluency in Malay and English are essential, and training opportunities are available. Basic salary ranges from RM1700 to RM2200 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Operational skills with camera/recording tools will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Malay and English.

• Plan and create content, script, and program flow for live streaming.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content, script, and program flow for live streaming.
• Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the attention of the audience, drive traffic and engagement, answer enquiries, and build a strong and loyal online community.
• Review and analyse the data analytics of live streaming, and continuously improve and develop creative ways to enhance the live stream performance.
• Provide support for generating quality video content for the company social media to complete the mass content funnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in hosting live or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor holder in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Camera/Recording tools operational skills will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Languages: Malay, English.
• Casual and aurat must be covered (muslim).
• Career progression or training is available.

Basic RM1700 – RM2200 depends on experience.
