LEGAL ASSOCIATE (CONVEYANCING) BASED AT PUNCAK ALAM

In charge of SPA, Loan Agreement, MOT, MOC and other property-related agreements or business dealings.

Observe and assist in liaising with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities.

Responsible for the process of stamping, registration, and completion of property transactions.

Maintain proper filing of conveyancing documents and correspondence.

Preparing and handling conveyancing matters related to project under construction, sub sales and other conveyancing work.

What we're looking for

Possessed a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysia Bar.

At least 4 years & above experience in conveyancing practice and procedures.

Fluent (spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysian and the ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.

Great organization skills, attention to deal, multi-task ability, prioritize assignments, follow-up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to work independently and as part of the team.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in Malaysia.
