Job Description
  • Lazada Malaysia Lazmall Channel Operations, responsible for daily product operation, user operation, and organize activities of global brands. Targeting user and GMV growth.
  • Strong sensitivity to the brand market and user insight ability, develop channel product planning based on the preferences of Malaysia users, and improve channel conversion efficiency by product operation.
  • User operation: By analyzing user behavior, profiles, etc. develop effective user growth plan, increase DAU and buyers in channel.
  • For the incubation of new brand, based on the preferences of Malaysia users, making marketing activities plan and implementation of the activities for new brand.
Job Requirements
  • University graduate with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce business, with a preference for brand online operation and marketing.
  • Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience on user operations and understanding product operation is a plus.
