We are looking to hire a full time Junior Sales Engineer to be based at our Head Office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Job Description

Identify and qualify sales opportunities and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals to clients.

Understand and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of the company's products or services.

Install and configure large format printing equipment and systems according to specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on printing machines and systems to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect and test printing machines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Provide post-sales technical assistance and offer guidance on the operation and maintenance of equipment.

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with products.

Document and report technical issues and resolutions.

Liaise with the engineering and technical team to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Stay updated with advancements in technology and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience.

Candidate with experience in large format inkjet printer and related field is an added advantage.

Candidate must have completed at least Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level/ STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or Diploma.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Possess a good sense of market awareness in identifying business opportunities and threats.

Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.

Independent and able to work well in a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Ability to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
