The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Developer to build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications. You will focus on frontend architecture, state management, UI performance, and component reusability, working closely with backend engineers and designers. This is a purely technical role centered on implementation and delivery—no consulting, strategy, or stakeholder management responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into reusable components with clean, modular code.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
• Optimize application performance, load time, and accessibility.
• Implement frontend testing (unit, integration, E2E) with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Ensure codebase quality with version control, linting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with frontend toolchains including Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.
• Proficient in modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Sass, Styled Components).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development workflows.
• Ability to debug, profile, and optimize frontend performance.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and frontend deployments.Exposure to component design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Chakra UI).
• Understanding of security practices in frontend development (XSS, CORS, etc.).
