Qualifications and Experiences
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of food production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Science, or other relevant fields related to the role.
Job Descriptions
- Manage overall production activities to ensure efficient output of the highest quality, meeting customer expectations through effective utilization of available resources.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved in accordance with company specifications, including compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, and Halal requirements.
- Meet daily production targets within budgeted manufacturing costs while ensuring safe operational practices.
- Continuously monitor and review production performance to identify and implement improvements in quality, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, confirmed customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Lead, manage, and motivate production staff to achieve departmental goals, improve productivity, manage manpower schedules, and control overtime effectively.
- Foster teamwork within the production team and across inter‑departmental functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by your superior.
