A local IT service provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite IT support to clients. Candidates should have a minimum SPM or Diploma in Information Technology and strong troubleshooting skills in computer and network issues. Responsibilities include resolving IT problems, maintaining hardware and software, and delivering excellent customer service. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in computer repair, IT support, or networking is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong troubleshooting skills in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, networking devices (router, switch, firewall) is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical clients.
Willing to work onsite at client locations and must have own transport (motorcycle/car).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, honest, and eager to learn and improve.
Able to handle pressure and manage time effectivelyin a fast-paced environment
