Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  2. Assemble and set up new computer systems and hardware.
  3. Perform regular preventive maintenance on IT devices.
  4. Replace faulty components and upgrade hardware as needed.
  5. Assist with network cabling and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
  6. Maintain inventory of IT hardware and supplies.
  7. Support IT projects, including hardware deployment and office setup.
  8. Provide basic software support when necessary (e.g., OS installation, drivers).
  9. Document all repairs, maintenance, and configurations.
Requirements
