Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to provide comprehensive technical support and manage project requirements. Key responsibilities include working closely with the IT Team Lead, generating work progress reports, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining thorough documentation. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with IT Team Lead to support organizational goals.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Generate daily work progress reports.
  • Provide daily technical support to users.
  • Follow up with IT team members & vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate project requirements and operational needs.
  • Provide functional consulting to customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of specifications.
  • Gather customer objectives for informed recommendations.
  • Act as the main support for internal business units.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers on system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • 1. Collaborate closely with IT Team Lead to support the organization’s vision, mission and organizational goals.
  • 2. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 3. Generate daily work progress reports to keep track of tasks and updates.
  • 4. Provide daily technical support to users, troubleshooting basic technical issues such as resolving usage problem and handling service desk requests require IT involvement.
  • 5. Follow up with the IT team members & vendors to ensure timely resolution of reported incidents.
  • 6. Evaluate and understand project requirements and operational needs, including gathering user’s functional and performance expectations.
  • 7. Provide customers with functional consulting, including advising on processes and offering workarounds where necessary.
  • 8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of detailed specifications and solution enhancements.
  • 9. Gather and understand customers objectives, processes and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • 10. Act as the main support for internal business units and external parties for the assigned product.
  • 11. Serve as as an escalation point for customer concern when they arise.
  • 12. Coordinate and Communicate with developers and designers on system requirements and implementation.
  • 13. Develop and maintain complete, up-to-date requirements documentation.
  • 14. Perform additional or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate superior.
