Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand design requirements and style preferences
• Space planning and design concept development
• Produce floor plans and visuals using Adobe Illustrator / AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds Max
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and color schemes
• Prepare project budgets and materials list
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate with suppliers and contractors
• Produce working drawings and detailed design documents
• Present and revise design proposals based on client feedback

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates may apply for junior/assistant position
• Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3Ds Max or Revit
