Job description

Attend to client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.

Work closely with the team and client.

Handling all design related scope including conceptual detailing and construction drawing.

Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.

To develop CAD drawing, 3D visual, presentation board from design stage until construction stage.

Site visit to ensure project are develop according to the specification and requirement.

To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.

Good communication and presentation skill.

Project and time management skills.

Work within space available, schedule parameter and budget given while maintaining the design consistency and excellency.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possessed high level of design, space planning and material selection skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Adobe Software.

Candidate with strong flair in 2D detailing, layout and construction drawings would be an added advantage.

A team player with the ability to meet tight datelines, has strong commitment and self-motivated.

Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
