  • Prepare 2D/3D design drawings, quotations, invoices, and official receipts.
  • Handle phone calls and assist with emails & customer inquiries.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Manage and maintain showroom operations.
  • Update related reports to HQ.
  • Coordinate project submissions to factory.
  • Support the sales team with admin tasks.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / HQ.

  • To carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior / HQ.
What We’re Looking For:
  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates OR candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients).
  • Skilled in interior design software (AI House) – knowledge in interior design is a plus.
  • Good computer literacy, typing skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude, detail‑oriented, and a team player!
