• Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting Hong Kong clients will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and verify group insurance applications.
• Respond to inquiries about policy terms and conditions.
• Compile and prepare business-related reports for management.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English

Good command of computer skills including MS Office
