Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on obtaining Initial Guarantee Letter (IGL)/Final Guarantee Letter (FGL).
• Ensure accuracy of details for IGL/FGL applications.
• Monitor patient bill sizes and inform patients accordingly.
• Liaise with consultants and insurance providers.
