Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a travel & tourism company, preferably DMC or Inbound tourism.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Essential knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reservations and quotations for individual and group travel.
  • Create and advise on tailor-made travel packages.
  • Coordinate with departments for accommodation and payment matters.
  • Maintain excellent business relationships with suppliers and customers.
