  • Experience with HRMS/payroll systems and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Management
    • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational development and talent management.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and optimise selection procedures to meet business needs.
    • Establish performance evaluation systems and employee development programs to enhance team capabilities and retention.
    • Manage employee relations, resolve labour disputes, and ensure compliance with labour laws and compensation regulations.
    • Maintain HR metrics (turnover rate, engagement, etc.) and provide regular analytical reports to management.
  • Administration & Operations
    • Manage daily office operations (procurement, equipment maintenance, vendor management, etc.).
    • Maintain company records, contracts, and document management systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Liaise with government agencies (e.g. MIDA) for compliance matters.
    • Assist in developing administrative policies and optimising operational processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Serve as communication hub for internal meetings, documentation, and presentations (in English and Mandarin).
    • Support headquarters or ad-hoc projects (e.g. new factory setup, government audits).
