Our client is a leading conglomerate in Malaysia with diversified business interests spanning a few industries and they are looking for Human Resource Manager for one of their manufacturing plants in Bintulu, Sarawak. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. They will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, facilitate training programs, support organizational development, and manage conflict resolution. The candidate will promote a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with the company's broader goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRM) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
