A leading bedding company in Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead their people strategy and compliance across the Group. The role involves overseeing HR functions, driving recruitment and training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity. Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Malay, and Mandarin, is crucial.

Your day starts at 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, leading an experienced HR & Admin team that keeps the organisation running smoothly.
You’ll collaborate with department heads, oversee payroll accuracy, plan training programs, and ensure every policy and initiative reflects the company’s values and compliance standards.
