The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Mandarin and English, possess strong communication skills, and have team spirit. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents according to the personnel process.
  • Assist in determining recruitment goals and formulating recruitment plans.

  • Screen resumes according to job descriptions and communicate with candidates.
  • Follow up the recruitment process including interview arrangements and feedback.
  • Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with key HR processes such as onboarding and performance evaluation.

HR Recruitment Executive (Based JB, Fresh Grads Welcomed!)
  1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents according to the personnel process.
  2. Assist the superior in determining recruitment goals, summarizing job and personnel requirements, formulating and implementing the recruitment plan.
  3. Publish job demand information, open recruitment channels, and promote the company image.
  4. Screen, search and recommend resumes according to the job description and communicate candidates’ intentions.
  5. Follow up the recruitment process such as interview arrangements and interview feedback.
  6. Provide comprehensive support in employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  7. Assist with managing key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience.
  8. Foster a high-performance culture through guiding managers in conducting performance evaluation.
  9. Analyze workforce trends to develop actionable strategies that improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
