Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration.
  • Experience with Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, e-PCB, e-Stamping.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle job posting, candidate screening, and interview arrangement.
  • Manage daily attendance, leave, OT, lateness.
  • Draft & update HR policies and company SOP.
  • Maintain employee files and all HR documents.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Detail-oriented
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

Education

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
