Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in professional services, audit, accounting, or consulting firms
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, labour regulations, and HR best practices
  • Experience handling managerial and professional-level employees
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labour laws
  • Manage manpower planning, hiring strategies, and talent retention for professional and support roles
  • Handle staff performance evaluation, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling professionally and confidentially
  • Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational improvements
  • Oversee training & development initiatives to support employee growth and firm productivity
  • Manage HR administration, employee records, and HR reporting accurately
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees to maintain a positive working culture
