Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall SPOC for HR-related concerns.
- Drive employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and HR guidelines.
- Manage documentation needed for administrative hearings and evidences.
- Collaborate with Operations to conduct reviews and performance management/coaching for underperforming employees to increase productivity and job security.
- Establish and maintain communication between Human Resources, Delivery, and Support groups.
- Communicate with Delivery and Department Heads about specific challenges and develop plans to reduce attrition and dissatisfaction.
- Participate in performance management reviews.
- Conduct Root Cause/Deep Dive Analysis on major causes of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate in any field; preferably in Human Resources-related courses (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Working knowledge of HR facets such as Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate compliance and labor laws, including DOLE compliance, OSH, Labor Law/BWC, and government benefits.
- Understanding of Discipline Management (SCM/NTE, NOD, PS) and Performance Management processes (Regularization Reviews, PIP, Annual Review).
- Proven track record of process improvements and innovations.
- Good knowledge of BPO/IT industry standards.
- Ability to work independently with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to relate to various organizational levels.
