Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Selangor is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage payroll processing, ensure statutory payments' timely submission, and oversee employee claims. Responsibilities include preparing monthly payroll reports, maintaining employee records, and supporting training and employee engagement activities. A Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields is required, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and complete within the timeline.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments to the respective statutory bodies.
  • Manage the employee claim process ensuring policy adherence.
  • Assist in compliance with Company Handbook & Policies regarding Employee Benefits.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports to Accounts and management.

Job description

Process payroll & complete within the timeline.

Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc. to the respective statutory bodies.

Manage the employee claim process to ensure policy and limits are adhered to.

Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefits & entitlement.

Prepare monthly payroll reports to Accounts department & management.

Maintain employees personal file and prepare HR correspondences (eg: employees' confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary and other employment related letters).

Responsible on employees’ company insurance inclusive renewal and claims.

Training & Performance Management
  • HRDC Grant & Claim submission.
  • Coordinate in training related matters.
Employee Engagement
  • Assist in company events arrangement (eg: festival celebration).
  • Prepare and send employees' e-birthday announcement.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities as and when needed.
Others
  • In charge of department's improvement projects.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.
