Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare HR reports.
Experience with Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, e-PCB, e-Stamping is required.
Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and HR documentation.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Handle job posting, candidate screening, and interview arrangement.
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding (email, Autocount, uniform, staff file).
Attendance, Payroll & Benefits
Manage daily attendance, leave, OT, lateness.
Prepare monthly payroll, allowances, deductions, claims.
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, e-PCB, e-Stamping.
Manage staff benefits, medical, annual leave, and claims.
Discipline & HR Policy
Draft & update HR policies and company SOP.
Manage employee disciplinary cases & issue warning letters.
Ensure compliance with rules and HR procedures.
HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain employee files and all HR documents.
Prepare Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Warning, Termination letters.
Ensure legal compliance with Malaysia Employment Act.
Handle SOCSO accident claims.
Employee Relations
Handle staff issues, conflicts, internal communication.
Improve internal staff relations and teamwork.
Assist in planning company events: Annual Dinner, Trip, Team Building.
Exit Management
Handle resignation/termination process & e-SPC submission.
Conduct Exit Interview & final payment calculation.
Recover company assets and update access.
Admin Support
Assist management with general office administration.
Handle ad-hoc HR & admin tasks as assigned.
