A leading electronics manufacturer in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Associate to oversee visa processing and support HR administration for foreign employees. The role includes managing HR-related procurement, document preparation, and ensuring smooth communication with headquarters in Taiwan. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle Malaysia visa processing, including work permits EP and PVP.
  • Support HR administration for foreign employees.
  • Manage HR-related procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and translate internal HR documents and policies.
  • Assist in drafting HR system requirements and coordinate with the IT team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with headquarters in Taiwan.
  • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Pegatron's primary products include laptop and desktop computers, game consoles, smart devices, smartphones, and other consumer electronics, generating a 2022 revenue of US $44.3 billion. Job Description
  • Handle Malaysia visa processing, including work permits EP and PVP.
  • Support HR administration for foreign employees
  • Manage HR-related procurement and vendor coordination
  • Prepare and translate internal HR documents and policies (mainly Chinese English)
  • Assist in drafting HR system requirements and coordinate with the IT team
  • Communicate and collaborate with headquarters in Taiwan and other global reginal sites
  • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
