Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of independent consultants, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement management, performance evaluation, payroll management, contract renewal, offboarding, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Promote and communicate company rules, regulations, and compliance requirements to all employees, ensuring full understanding and adherence within the department. Conduct ProactiveReview (PR) self-checks to ensure all employee management practices comply with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for learning & development support such as addressing employee inquiries related to competency & qualification (C&Q), including guidance on application process and implications of C&Q on individual career path.
