Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in project management with system implementations or upgrades is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data across Malaysia sites.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards for management.
• Conduct predictive analytics for workforce planning.
