Job summary

A logistics and customs firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to manage customs clearance and international logistics. Responsibilities include regulatory management, air and sea freight logistics, and documentation flow. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in customs operations, comprehensive knowledge of trade regulations, and strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in customs clearance and international logistics management.
• Proven, hands-on experience managing both air and sea freight operations for both import and export.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms 2020, and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive shipments.

• Ensure strict adherence to all import/export regulations and trade compliance.
• Prepare and ensure submission of all required customs documentation.
• Manage time-critical air freight shipments and liaise with carriers.
