Geotechnical, Civil & Structural Engineer

Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Civil & Structural Engineer to join the talented team at WYA Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd. Based on the beautiful Penang Island in Penang, you will play a key role in providing structural design and analysis for a range of commercial and residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis and design for geotechnical engineering buildings and other civil engineering structures
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, codes, and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• We encourage fresh graduates to apply as training will be provided
• Proficient in the use of structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
