Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and service quality.
  • Monitor operational performance through regular audits and site visits.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and operations teams.
  • Create staffing plans, oversee hiring, and ensure robust training programs.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage P&Ls for all locations, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor food and labor costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop budgets, forecast sales, and optimize resources for cost efficiency.
  • Uphold exceptional guest service standards across all units.
  • Respond to escalated guest concerns and resolve service-related issues.
  • Use guest feedback tools and reputation platforms to identify trends and improve experiences.
  • Implement and refine SOPs for kitchen operations, service, inventory control, and purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Conduct regular food safety audits and maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure equipment is properly functioning.
  • Support expansion and new store openings, including site set‑up, staffing, and training.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest data to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, menu launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–10+ years of progressive F&B leadership, including multi‑unit management experience.
  • Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service management.
  • Expert understanding of restaurant operations, P&Ls, inventory, and labor management.
