Overview

Industry/ Specialization: Distributor of semiconductors and electronic components

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Forklift Driver

Work Location: Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Gelang Patah, Johor

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon–Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm; Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm

Salary Package: Basic up to RM 2,400 + OT + Allowance + 13th month + Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Safely operated power industrial trucks to move assets and materials, supporting operations in receiving, audit, recycling, and shipping.
  • Unloaded and loaded trucks; unboxed, sorted, and labeled products for accurate processing.
  • Ensured compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Verified asset counts, recorded skids in system, and prepared pallets and equipment as required.
  • Identified and sorted commodities in the recycling center and/or special waste in accordance with EPA and DOT regulations.
  • Maintained accuracy, quality, and efficiency of material throughput.
  • Conducted routine inspections to ensure equipment was in safe working condition
