We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Asst Mgr/Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is a MNC automotive company which has presence globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office admin operations. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Role: Admin Asst Mgr/Manager
Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office facilities, vendors, procurement, and service contracts.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows.
Together with HR to drive employee engagement programs and activities.
Working closely with appointed agencies, responsible for expatriate administration including:
Work permits, visas, and immigration compliance.
Expat onboarding, housing, schooling, and relocation support.
Liaison with government agencies, embassies, and service providers.
Ensuring expatriates and their families receive smooth integration support.
Responsible for the complete lifecycle of the company\'s vehicle fleet from registration of the company vehicle, maintenance, replacement and disposal of the vehicles.
Assignment of company car to respective employee with assigned company car and ensuring proper vehicle checks are maintained when handing over to employee.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization and timely maintenance and inspection by appointed car workshop.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet efficiency and compliance.
Ensure all fleet-related documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address fleet-related issues and support the overall business objectives
5+ years of experience in office management or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of vehicle maintenance, logistics operations and vehicle registration procedures will be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Remuneration: Range between RM6,000 to RM8,000 per month
