What Factory / Production Workers Will Do

Operate machinery, equipment, or production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Check and monitor machine performance, reporting any faults or irregularities to the supervisor.

Support other duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Handle materials, components, and finished products safely and properly.

Assist in packing, labeling, and organizing finished products when required.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation.

Follow safety rules and quality control standards at all times.

Requirements for Factory / Production Workers

Good teamwork and average communication skills.

Physically fit and able to handle goods, packing, and movement of items.

Experience in production, factory, or warehouse operations is an advantage (training provided).

Able to operate basic machinery or equipment safely.

What Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor Will Do

Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Ensure production processes follow quality standards and SOPs.

Allocate tasks and schedule workforce based on production plans.

Monitor production lines to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are operating safely and effectively.

Implement and enforce safety guidelines.

Coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Support onboarding and skill development of new workers.

Requirements for Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor:

Diploma/Degree in related field.

Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with our team members and related superiors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
