Overview

Our client is a global leader in providing essential power solutions to the Industrial Technology, Healthcare and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment sectors. They design and manufacture power controllers, the essential hardware component in every piece of electrical equipment that converts power from the electricity grid into the right form for equipment to function. Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and manage maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping staff.
  • Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, including security equipment (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, perimeter protection), and cleaning and landscape management.
  • Monitor compliance with all local and state building, electrical, plumbing, chiller, compressed air, fire alarm, firefighting system, water treatment system, PA, CCTV, cleaning, landscaping, scrap control, and safety/security regulations.
  • Oversee daily site security operations, ensuring access control, guard force performance, visitor management, and protection of company assets.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, landscaping areas, power distribution, plumbing, temperature-humidity control systems, cleaning standards, security infrastructure, and scrap management areas to determine maintenance or improvements needed.
  • Scrap Control: Monitor, manage, and ensure proper disposal or recycling of scrap materials in compliance with company and legal regulations.
  • Develop specifications and statements of work, and make recommendations for major facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap-related expenditures.
  • Estimate costs and obtain/review bids for major facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap projects.
  • Initiate purchase orders and schedule all facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap control works.
  • Oversee performance of external contractors such as maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap management vendors to ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and timelines.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
  • Lead incident response for facility, security, or safety-related events; ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
  • Ensure all facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap personnel meet job requirements, receive required training, and follow established procedures.
  • Perform all supervisory and administrative functions in line with company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience operating chiller systems, air compressors, alarm control systems, and integrated monitoring systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Organize and agile to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
